Shiffley brings the synth rock sound from a band like Imagine Dragons and the catchy hooks and pop radio-friendly rock sounds of a band like American Authors together with the vigor of a high school romance.

The best song on this EP is definitely “Cry” because it is where these two styles blend best, and that’s not to say that the rest of the songs aren’t great because they are. They really are. Words cannot do this album justice, so it really just begs to be listened to.
